Reel Factory is sold by Umer Arif, acting personally in Lahore, Pakistan. Umer UGC is the product brand, not a separate legal entity. These terms cover this website, the downloadable toolkit, and repository delivery.

What you are purchasing
Reel Factory is a downloadable toolkit that runs on your computer, not a hosted video editor or a done-for-you editing service. It includes source code, a local renderer, 34 presets across 7 core overlay styles, an installable agent skill, and setup documentation.
You need your own computer, footage, product demos, and compatible AI agent. Supply any logos you want to use in the logo-equation layouts; no third-party brand-logo files are included. Node.js and FFmpeg are required. The bundled Twemoji images work across operating systems; macOS is recommended for the existing HDR video workflow. Footage, music, AI subscriptions, and third-party service fees are not included.
Price and payment
The current offer is $49 USD as a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. Review the final amount, including any taxes or fees, before paying. A later price change does not create an additional charge for an existing purchase.
Payments are processed through Whop under its Buyer Terms. Our website does not collect your full payment-card details. Checkout is currently closed while payment and delivery setup is completed.
GitHub access and delivery
When checkout opens, connect the GitHub account that should receive access before paying. After payment verification, the delivery flow sends an invitation to the private customer repository. Accept that invitation while signed into the same account, then clone or download the toolkit.
Repository access is read-only. You can modify your local copy subject to the License, but cannot push changes to the customer repository. Returning from checkout is not proof of successful payment. If delivery is delayed, check your access status and contact the seller through your Whop receipt instead of buying again.
License and your responsibilities
You receive permission to use the toolkit under the License, not ownership of its intellectual property. You may modify the toolkit locally and create finished reels for your own products and clients. Do not share repository access, redistribute the toolkit, or assume that purchased source code is open source.
You are responsible for having the rights to your b-roll, demos, music, fonts, and brand assets. Review every render and obtain any permissions required before publishing. Third-party platforms and services have their own terms. Examples and third-party logos do not imply endorsement.
Updates and support
Your purchase is intended to include future overlays and workflow improvements as they are released in the customer repository. There is no fixed release schedule or commitment to a particular future feature. Updates may require dependency or local configuration changes.
Setup documentation is included. Managed installation, custom development, content production, and guaranteed response times are not included unless separately agreed in writing.
Refunds and consumer rights
No change-of-mind refunds after repository access is provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Reel Factory is downloadable source code. Review the requirements, features, and license before purchasing. If access has not been provided, contact us to request cancellation. Report missing access, duplicate charges, defects, or content that is not as described so we can review the issue and provide any remedy required by law.
After an approved full refund, we will review and remove the refunded buyer’s future access to the private customer repository, subject to applicable rights and resolution of any dispute. A copy already downloaded cannot be recalled. Refunds do not automatically revoke access; we handle the repository change manually and verify the correct account.
Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights, rights relating to defective or undelivered content, or applicable payment-dispute rights. For EU, EEA, and UK consumers, loss of a statutory withdrawal right for digital content requires the express consent and acknowledgment required by law. Repository access alone does not waive that right. Product or access issues should be raised with the seller through the Whop receipt; payment-processing issues can be raised with Whop.
Results and availability
Examples show the creator’s own results, not a promise of views, followers, signups, revenue, or similar outcomes. Overlay copy is creative content, not verified income. Results depend on your product, content, audience, and execution.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the toolkit is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep backups and test changes before production use. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, access restrictions, and contact
Material changes will be communicated when required before taking effect; they do not retroactively remove rights already purchased. Security incidents, unlawful use, or a material license breach may require access restrictions, subject to applicable law and any notice required.
