License scope
Umer Arif is the licensor. After a valid purchase, the customer license in the private repository permits use of Reel Factory for your own products and finished reels for clients. Buying source-code access does not make the proprietary toolkit open source or transfer its copyright.
Permitted use
The purchaser may install and modify the toolkit locally, use the included agent skill, and create unlimited finished reels for their own products and clients. You may charge clients for those finished reels without a per-render royalty. Deliver videos to clients, not toolkit source code or repository access.
The license is nonexclusive and tied to one purchaser. Team access, transfer to another person, or use as a hosted video-generation service requires a separate written agreement.
Protecting the source toolkit
The license does not permit redistributing, reselling, sublicensing, or publicly publishing the proprietary toolkit or substantially similar source files, presets, or agent instructions. Do not share credentials or repository invitations, or package the toolkit as another paid template, skill, or competing download.
These restrictions apply to the seller’s own material. They do not take away permissions granted by a separate open-source license for a third-party component.
Your finished reels
You can publish finished video output for permitted projects without paying Umer UGC a per-render royalty. The license does not grant ownership of, or rights to, third-party footage, audio, logos, or other assets used in those videos.
You remain responsible for ensuring that each asset permits your intended commercial, client, advertising, and platform use. A toolkit purchase is not clearance for those materials.
Footage, music, fonts, and logos
- B-roll and demos: bring your own recordings or separately licensed footage. Media shown in website examples is not supplied with the toolkit.
- Music: choose a permitted track in the publishing app or supply audio you are licensed to use. A platform’s music library does not automatically grant permission for export, advertising, or use on another platform.
- Fonts and emoji: the bundled emoji defaults are Twemoji artwork under CC BY 4.0. The toolkit includes attribution, SVG sources, and a notice that its PNGs are rasterized adaptations. When sharing a video using that artwork, provide appropriate credit and source/license links in a reasonable place, such as the post description or linked credits page. If you add your own fonts or emoji, check the rights for your intended use.
- Brand marks: no third-party brand-logo files are included in the toolkit. Supply your own logos for logo-equation layouts and check that you can use them in each finished video, including client work and advertising. Names or marks in website examples are not an endorsement or a grant of rights.
Open-source components
Dependencies remain subject to their own license terms and notices. The proprietary customer license cannot override those terms. Consult the dependency’s included LICENSE or NOTICE files and the versions recorded in the relevant lockfile.
Before distributing a modified build, preserve required notices and review the components actually included. FFmpeg is installed separately; its licensing requirements depend on its build configuration. See the customer repository’s third-party asset notice for bundled assets.
Updates and continued use
Future overlays and improvements released to customers are covered by the customer license unless clearly stated otherwise. Third-party additions retain their own applicable terms.
Your permitted use of a lawfully downloaded version continues while you comply with the license. A material breach may lead to termination, subject to any notice and remedy required by law. An approved full refund ends future private-repository access; previously downloaded copies cannot be recalled. For licensing questions, contact support@umerugc.com.
